PML Sound International is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Lawrence, KS
This position will serve in a supporting role for our customer base, Inside and Outside Sales Teams, and our dealer network.
The position will be based at our headquarters in Lawrence, Kansas. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate superb customer service, multi-tasking, product knowledge and team work skills. We are looking for an individual who is positive, organized, outgoing, professional and self-motivated. Strong communication skills are essential.
Duties of Responsibilities include:
- Product support for current and past MartinLogan products.
- Order processing and data management.
- Communication with dealer and rep firm network.
- Outside Sales support.
- Logistics management.
- Experience in Sales/Marketing or customer service.
- Proficiency with MS Office-Including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Experience with hand tools and repairs preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Industry knowledge/experience preferred.
