THE ROLE INVOLVES

This customer service position or 'Account Coordinator' is responsible for managing the ordering process by placing and tracking orders through the delivery process.

YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• High school diploma or GED. Additional education preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM and/or ERP software a plus.
• One (1) year of sales experience preferable; customer service accepted.
• Proficient with MS Office Applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with Mac preferred.
