Member Solutions (Customer Service) Coordinator
GCSAA is seeking an individual with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. This position’s primary purpose will be to process the daily membership check batch, reclassify memberships, and print membership cards while serving as a primary call center team member. This full-time position also assists with the annual conference and trade show.
Qualified candidates possess:
Must be personable with a strong focus on responsiveness and professionalism
Must adhere to the GCSAA service standards, bylaws and deadlines while processing daily membership batches
Be organized and have the ability to thoroughly review documents for accuracy while working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Monitor call center software and department calendar to maintain sufficient phone coverage
Must be able to travel to assist with on-site registration at the annual GCSAA Conference and Trade Show
Must have a minimum of one year experience working in a professional office performing general administrative or accounting duties and providing superior customer service
Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
Valued, but not required, candidates will possess an associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with the game of golf is a plus but not required
