GCSAA is seeking an individual with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. This position’s primary purpose will be to process the daily membership check batch, reclassify memberships, and print membership cards while serving as a primary call center team member. This full-time position also assists with the annual conference and trade show.

The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), is a non-profit, membership-driven association with 20,000 members in 78 countries and 85 employees whose mission is serve our members, advance their profession, and enhance the enjoyment, growth and vitality of the game of golf.
