GCSAA is seeking a consummate, passionate professional to provide leadership and guidance for GCSAA’s learning and development programs and initiatives, including career development, e-learning, external education and specialized certificate/certification programs. This position is tasked with advancing the profession by providing world class learning opportunities, program design and evaluation to our almost 20,000 members worldwide. In addition, this position is responsible for the development and delivery of compelling new learning strategies for the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show. This position will lead an internal team and actively participate in leadership meetings to ensure the learning and development initiatives are in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision and goals, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), is a non-profit, membership-driven association with almost 20,000 members in 78 countries and 85 employees whose mission is serve our members, advance their profession, and enhance the enjoyment, growth and vitality of the game of golf.
