A Senior Product Manager works to roadmap and deliver core functionality that helps our customers improve their learning and business outcomes. They deliver important features and further areas of focus that align to our company strategy. Their role is to help identify and build frictionless points of engagement with our users.

Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, typically made up of a product manager, product designer, engineering manager, and a group of software engineers collaborating to create great outcomes for our customers.
Duties/responsibilities
Own and implement the product roadmap
Crafting the strategy for the product's user profile by being a steward for personal data across the product
Reduce user frustration by providing user attributes summary, user action summary, and future path for engagement and growth
Collecting user data before, during onboarding, and throughout engagement with the platform
Build, prioritize, and refine requirements using discovery and data to drive your decisions
Collaborating with engineering team members through problem solving to create innovative solutions that are viable, desirable, and feasible
Communicating on a technical, strategic, and conceptual level to facilitate collaboration, inspire teammates, and inform internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with engineering, product design, marketing, and other teams to drive initiatives and launch products
Support Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams in tracking product adoption and customer retention
Enable our cross-functional partners to effectively partner with our customers around current and future product functionality
Collaborate with cross functional partners in marketing to lead product releases and collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Minimum qualifications/skills
Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams comprised of Engineers and Product Designers
Experience strategizing product direction with inputs like competitive analysis, VoC, business reviews and business goals
Experience collaborating with GTM teams and an understanding of their drivers for successful cross functional initiatives
Strong experience with any product management and development tooling e.g. JIRA, Trello, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Scaled Agile, Team Agility, DevOps, JIRA, Product Board, Pendo, Git, etc.
Domain knowledge related to analytics. Specifically a deep understanding of analytics concepts, methodologies, and techniques including statistical analysis and data visualization
Extensive experience working with cross-functional Agile teams composed of Engineers and Product Designers
Experience using analytical skills to gather, surface, and interpret user data to help drive decision making
Strong leadership, decision-making, and collaboration skills including the ability to gather, organize, share and orient multiple groups around an objective
Preferred qualifications/skills
Experience dealing with internal and external team members spread across the world
Education and experience requirements
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6 years with an advanced degree.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
