Job Description:
As the Product Operations Manager, you will be a partner to the product teams, empowering them to deliver their roadmap goals by streamlining their workflow, unblocking obstacles, and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders. This important role guides the teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring that we are collaborating effectively and involving our customers in important product decisions.
The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are critical to coordinate with over 20 different product teams. A curious person who takes initiative and can continuously explore ways to improve our practices is greatly appreciated.

Bachelor's degree highly preferred, but not required
Proficiency with industry systems and tools preferred (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Salesforce)
Experience in product management and user research
Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams
Aptitude to learn quickly and operate new software and other technology applications
4 years of experience working with product teams is highly valued
