This Business Operations Specialist position exists to triage issues related to a variety of account holder impacted transactions including Outgoing transfers, Stop payments and ACH transactions. This role will require the ability to prioritize and direct the work for the team to adhere to multiple turnaround times. Understanding of money movement and tax implications for the HSA account.

On-site location:12921 S. Vista Station Blvd, Suite 200, Draper, UT 84020

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Process requests regarding stop payments and ACH/Bill pay transactions
    • Process requests regarding account transfers and closures
    • Assist with documenting and writing procedures
    • Process escalation requests from internal partners
    • Understand and research money movement between accounts
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on projects impacting Financial Transactions as well as drive process improvements within the team
    • Ensure that all processes, procedures, federal regulations, and banking policies are followed in the course of their everyday work
    • Promptness, reliability, and accuracy in work, especially when dealing with deposit transactions
    • This individual will monitor and assign work to other team members and will perform QA of various processes

Required Qualifications:

    • 6 months of banking or financial transactions experience
    • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel

 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • 6 months working with HSA
    • Proficient with computer applications, data entry, typing and ten-key 
    • Experience researching and solving complex issues
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work
    • Experience leading others
