Who We're Looking For - Product Manager
The Product Manager role at Clearlink works collaboratively and cross-functionally with brand and product teams in the discovery, road mapping, design, implementation, and measurement of new products and features; including but not limited to site features, online tools, and working with databases. You will collaboratively identify key objectives and user behaviors to build strategic plans and provide ongoing direction for products in the internet category, bringing together stakeholders, user researchers, product designers, and engineers from across the organization to improve products and drive the business forward. By balancing data and facilitating cross-functional communication, you’ll lead our product efforts from ideation to market delivery. This role supervises iterative improvements to existing products and end-to-end leadership of completely new products that deliver market value and align with the goals of the business.
The Impact You Will Make:• Collaborate with key stakeholders to create yearly and quarterly product roadmaps that align with the brand’s strategy• Become the product expert for assigned products and own scoping and defining new products, product features, and existing product improvements• Pitch product visions to executives to align business expectations and secure support• Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to prioritize work• Drive backlog prioritization with stakeholders• Plan and conduct vision refinement sessions, meet regularly with business, product design and engineering teams• Transform requirements into project overview statements/epics/feature specs/user stories• User acceptance testing of new products, features or product improvements• Describe the product benefits and functionality in a way to better drive adoption across all business units and enable user engagement and adoption• Create and maintain detailed product feature documentation• Proactively find opportunities for product improvements through consistent monitoring
What You Bring:• 3 years of product management experience• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, projects, and constantly evolving priorities• Ability to communicate and work effectively with others • Experience managing or coordinating projects involving multiple resources and partners• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities and multiple products to hit timelines• Expertise in follow-through to get projects to the finish line• Proficiency manipulating raw data to gain insight and build reports• Solid understanding of general engineering, UX, and UI-related projects
