Plumbline Services is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Sales Coordinators are responsible for scheduling prospective clients that request service through company lead generation efforts. Building trust over the phone, and dispatching our sales and installation teams.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Provide all clients with a 5-Star experience!
- Ensure all actions are in alignment with company core values
- Collaborate daily with team members and other departments
- Manage multiple forms of communication including inbound and outbound phone calls, email, text messages and online messenger.
- Schedule and dispatch sales and install teams
- Enter complete prospective client date into Service Titan
ScheduleOFF: Sunday & MondayTuesday – Friday: 10:30am – 7pmSaturday: 7am – 3:30 pm
Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
- 1 year customer service experience
- 1 years of call center experience
- Strong communication skills
- Data entry, record keeping, reporting
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus but not required
