Responsibilities:

• Coordinate office activities and operations in order to secure efficiency and compliance
• Answer all phone calls and manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Utilize computers (Word, Excel, Service Titan system) to create and update records / databases, generate reports, extract data, and coordinate/ schedule with team members
• Communicate with customers on value services and membership plans we offer
• Help customers with scheduling, billing and service questions
• Communicate with technicians to ensure all paperwork and process is complete after every service call
• Apply for project permits, inspections, and certificates of completion upon request
• File for Mass Save rebates and register installed equipment

Requirements:

• Excellent written / verbal communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask while prioritizing, organizing, and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Experience in a fast-paced/administrative office environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• General knowledge of Plumbing / HVAC industry trends and regulations is preferred but not required
• Must be able to handle multi-phone line system
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting

Key Additional Responsibilities

• You will need to learn the call script in order to convey professionalism and authenticity when interacting with the customer base
• Maintain and update our customer database with thorough and accurate information
• Maintain communication with field technicians and office manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
