**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. **Responsibilities:** - Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies - Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records - Assist in human resources functions such as recruitment and onboarding - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments - Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism - Oversee clerical tasks and provide administrative support as needed **Experience:** - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Knowledge of basic human resources practices - Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for organization and efficiency, we invite you to apply for this rewarding Office Manager position. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.46 - $20.76 per hour
