Palm Harbor Homes is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Abilene, TX

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
The Retail Office Assistant is responsible for completing all business processes and
operations in the Retail Sales Center. In addition, the Retail Office Assistant regularly
meets with customers, inspectors, factory reps, and contractors while coordinating
and scheduling improvements to reach a goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
The Retail Office Assistant
Assist General Manager with day to day operations as needed
Coordinates and organizes loan submittals and closings with our customers
Maintains accounts payable and receivable by reviewing and submitting invoices as necessary to maintain good standing with all contractors
Schedules and coordinates with contractors to ensure customer satisfaction is priority
Processes necessary State filing paperwork
Conducts loan closings and insurance signing meetings to include selling recommended insurance
Serves as the liaison between the building center, service department,
the sales force and most importantly, the customer

Coordinate with sales and service staff to maintain a flow of operations.

Create and maintain necessary office paperwork and filings for customers and contractors.

Upkeep and maintenance of office equipment, supplies and offices

Answer phones and communicate messages to correct personnel.

Minimum Skills necessary
Must be available to work between hours of 8am-5pm M-F
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Self -starter with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a complex deadline-oriented environment
Intermediate MS Office and Google Suite skills.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
Strong customer service skills a must!
