I'm only looking for a WINNER.....

I'm a high-performance sales leader in Burleson, TX. I'm not looking to simply fill an office....I'm only interested in those who think they can be the best on my team and have the desire to advance to leadership positions.

You should be comfortable with commission based pay and building a pipeline. I only offer you a $16,000 salary and benefits, the rest of your pay will come from high-ticket commissions. You should expect it to take you 2 to 3 months before you start earning commissions.

You will be required to earn $100k to stay on my team. This is really a $200k position.

To be successful here you will need to be great at two things.

The first is marketing and driving traffic. You should have experience generating leads online and be very comfortable on the phone. You should intend to become a celebrity in the market.

The second is sales. You should be confident and likeable with the ability to have conversations with all different personality types. You will need the discipline to stick to our sales process from start to finish and the confidence to ask for the sale every time.

I can train you to be great at both if you're the right fit.

If you are unhappy at your job, you're not who I'm looking for. The ideal candidate loves working and is doing great where they're at, but wants more.
