Position requirements include a BS degree, Texas PE or EIT registration (or the ability to obtain licensure in Texas following directly employment) and minimum of 15 years of experience in the design of engineering projects, with preferred experience in civil and/or water and wastewater treatment plant improvement projects. This person must possess excellent leadership, mentoring and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a fully competent engineer and must evaluate and mentor personnel in applying standard engineering techniques. Experience should include infrastructure evaluation, planning, preliminary and final design and construction administration for various civil and/or water and wastewater facilities. Public utility and/or city experience preferred but not required. The location for this position will be in eHT’s new Rio Grande Valley office.
