About us

Lone Star Supply of Abilene LLC is a new locally owned business in Abilene, TX. We are located at 118 Arnold Blvd, Abilene TX 79605. We sell products for individuals, contractors, remodels, new house builds, and more. We have IN STOCK windows, doors, flooring, tubs, and other building supply items.

Lone Star Supply of Abilene is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success and streamline internal operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls/take messages
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts
  • Monitor incoming social media communication
  • Utilize point of sale system to assist customers and run reports
  • Perform other office tasks as needed
  • Minor maintenance of show room cleanliness

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Experience with Facebook Marketplace or Ads Manager a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Basic Microsoft word and Excel skills preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a bonus
  • Good customer service skills needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
