Responsibilities
•Financial representative on cross-functional projects that involve analysis and critical thinking
•Analyze and document business processes and metrics to identify improvement opportunities
•Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
•Assist with compensation analysis
•Work closely with the Accounting team during the monthly close process to ensure revenues and expenses are complete and accurate
•Assist with monthly reporting including updating and tracking KPI metrics
•Support the evaluation of a wide range of business opportunities, including M&A, investments, partnerships, and other strategic options

Position Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
•Three (3) years of experience in financial analysis or related field
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with PowerBI
•Ability to work in multiple systems and with data from a variety of sources
•Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills
•Strategic and fiscal planning skills and abilities
•A highly effective and skilled communicator
•Great attitude and the ability to work well with others
•Valid driver's license
•Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
