We are currently seeking a HR Generalist to supports various human resources functions within the organization. This position encompasses responsibilities such as organizing company culture events, managing recruitment processes, facilitating onboarding tasks, and assisting with additional office management duties as necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate maturity and professionalism in executing their responsibilities. While this is a remote position, occasional visits to the headquarters in Boca Raton, FL, will be required. Only local candidates.

Essential Functions:

• Plan and execute local and remote company culture events to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting screening interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Assist with various office management tasks, such as inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and projects.
• Manage and curate content for internal social media platforms and company newsletter.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
• Demonstrated maturity and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
• Experience with Canva and Hubspot preferred.
• Local candidates in Boca Raton, FL, or nearby areas required.
