We are seeking a talented Global HR Operations professional for one of our portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in global compensation, HRIS management and be our compliance expert. You will maintain a worldwide perspective to ensure the portfolio company delivers competitive HR services throughout the organization, incorporating leading-edge policies, practices, and trends within the high-tech industry. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR services and operations are provided in a high-quality, efficient, and service-oriented manner. 

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and the Lattice People Management Platform to provide the company with the best HR Operations available, then evolve them to propagate a top-notch employee experience. 

• Maintain a solid working knowledge of domestic and international labor practices, compensation trends, HRIS efficiencies, and possess knowledge and understanding of cultural differences.

Qualifications

• You have a BS/MS in human resources or a related field.

• You have 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the high-tech industry. 

• You can work independently on multiple projects. 

• You have excellent communication skills.

The job is based in Santa Clara, California, and is not eligible for remote status. 

The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $180,000. This range represents the low and high end of this California-based position's anticipated base salary range. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, and skills.
