PARKING ADMINISTRATOR starting at $16/Hour FT Benefits!

Platinum Parking is looking for a parking administrator to handle the daily office administrative requirements. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with adequate typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and amazing customer service skills.

Requirements:

• Proven administrative experience
• Capable of working in a fast pace environment
• Good with numbers 
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
• Accounting experience a plus
• Strong client relationship skills
• Capable of working in a Class A environment
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills

• Answering phones, intercoms, emails
• Daily revenue reports
