As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in the efficient and organized management of various aspects of our production processes. Your responsibilities encompass package management, distribution, document creation, data correction, and a focus on contributing to the growth and scalability of our operational base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package Management: Receive, check-in, and accurately log all incoming packages, ensuring complete documentation and organized tracking.
• Material and Document Distribution: Distribute samples, fabric bulk, sales orders (S/O), and line sheets (L/D) to the designated recipients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• AWB Creation: Generate Air Waybill (AWB) numbers for international shipping as requested by employees, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
• Factory Purchase Orders: Learn and assist with the creation of factory purchase orders (POs) and help in organizing Open Orders documents.
• Price Ticket Approval: Review and approve price tickets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Data Correction: Utilize the VSR system to check and correct price tickets and UPC data, maintaining data accuracy.
• Operational Development: Collaborate with the team to establish and deploy a robust operational foundation that can be scaled to support rapid growth.
