Description
The Pittsburgh Field Club is looking for Lifeguards for the Summer! Our pool is open starting Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day. This position will maintain constant surveillance of the members in and around the pool area. Enforcing all rules and regulations. Maintains the cleanliness of the facility. This position reports directly to the Pool Manager.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool areas to ensure safety and enforce club rules.
- Respond to emergencies with first aid, CPR, and AED as needed.
- Maintain pool cleanliness and equipment functionality.
- Assist with swim lessons, programs, and events.
- Provide excellent customer service to club members and guests.
Job Qualifications:
- Lifeguard certification and CPR/first aid/AED training.
- Strong swimming skills and water rescue knowledge.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
