Assistant Managers

Plano, Texas

Primary Job Duties:

• Supports the Department Managers
• Responsible for helping ensure all events operate flawlessly in accordance to operational standards
• Maintains the overall cleanliness and organization of building
• Communicates with kitchen regarding food times
• Resolves all guest issues in a timely manner, involving the appropriate level of management where necessary
• Design and distribute schedules, controlling labor to meet standards
• Oversees the training of team members
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be able to communicate with guests appropriately

Special Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other similar license per local code
• Must possess a valid TABC or other legal license to sell/serve alcohol per local code
• Obtain training certification per company policy
