Job Summary:

We are a dynamic dealership photography company looking for a Creative Services Associate to join our team. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support across various operational facets of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, technical aptitude, and a strong background in digital media and related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the organization, maintenance, and readiness of photography equipment. Ensure gear is available and in optimal condition for shoots.
  • Sales Support: Assist in sales efforts, including preparing materials, following up on leads, and maintaining sales data.
  • Photography Assistance: Provide backup photography services as needed, ensuring quality and consistency with company standards.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of photography projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer requirements are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of processes and services, incorporating feedback and utilizing your media background to enhance our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A background in media, photography, or related fields.
  • Technical proficiency with photography equipment and software.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a rapidly evolving environment.
