Who You Are

The Production Operations Technology Manager is responsible for leading our internal operational technology tools to improve the efficiency of plant operations. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, operational knowledge, and tactical production control.

The Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT infrastructure, Engineering, and Sales, to identify challenges, develop solutions, and execute plans that enhance operational efficiency. This position also includes overseeing the day-to-day tactical production control planning, scheduling, flow of materials, and monitoring to achieve goals related to delivery dates, output quality, volume, cost, and optimization.

Compensation

• $85K to $110K 14% Bonus target

Job Functions

• Oversee internal tools supporting global operations teams.
• Develop and implement the product roadmap for Operations Technology.
• Manage tactical production control, including planning, scheduling, and material flow.
• Allocate and control resources and materials effectively, establishing monitoring tools and processes for efficiency.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in production technology and processes.
• Lead and manage a team, ensuring project milestones are met and budgets are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum three to five years in product management, operations management, and 3 years in a managerial role.
• Technical expertise in operational technology tools and systems.
• Strong project management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production control and resource allocation.
• Analytical abilities for process improvement.
• Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking.
• Innovative problem-solving approach.
