As House Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and supportive living environment for the Transitional Living Program’s Recovery Houses; working with facility leadership to ensure that housing meets Pinnacle, state, federal, and NARR/VARR requirements; and working with patients to ensure they are receiving the support and benefits of the program.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• HS Diploma / GED
• Associate degree preferred
• CPR / First Aid

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and training of new teammates.
• Provide support, guidance, and direction in daily operations and training to teammates, including making schedules with Residential Aide Manager, setting performance standards, and monitoring performance in recovery houses.
• Oversees Lead Residential Aides assigned to houses, including hiring, training, and supervision.
• Co-facilitate 90-day and annual performance reviews timely with goals for continual improvement.
• Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and a cohesive work environment for all teammates.
• Be present and engaged in meetings and required training opportunities.

• Guidelines and monitor Residential Aide teammates in accordance with house rules.

• Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and performance improvement.

• Understand and be able to perform all aspects of the Residential Aide position.

• Inventory-house supplies, emergency closets, food inventory, and blank forms.
• Ensure all drills have been completed on each shift for each shift.
• Update as needed 411 and Health/Safety Manuals.
• Ensure that all LIR (BIRP) notes are completed daily.
• Ensure the safety and supervision of all patients in the recovery home environment.
• Monitor house needs and report maintenance requests per facility procedure.
