Who we’re looking for:

GUEST SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Around here, we have a reputation for being ridiculously friendly, helpful and accommodating—and nothing will tank that faster than lousy front desk service. That’s where you come in. As Guest Services Supervisor, you are responsible for making sure the front desk staff is providing service consistent with impeccable Staypineapple standards.

What to expect:

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

  1. Providing training and guidance for front desk staff on hotel standard operating procedures and departmental standards
  2. Stepping in to complete daily hotel front desk tasks
  3. Assisting Guest Services Manager with monitoring performance and attendance
  4. Balancing daily paperwork: Cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches

Your experience and qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Six to twelve years of related experience
  3. Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic
  4. Working knowledge of Opera PMS preferred
  5. Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems
  6. Possess a passion to provide excellent customer service
  7. Proficient at fulfilling requests in a thorough and timely manner
  8. Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
