Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Christian experienced Preschool Director to join our team. As the Preschool Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Your leadership and strategic planning skills will be essential in managing staff, developing curriculum, and maintaining a positive Christ-centered learning atmosphere.
Duties:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and educational standards
- Manage the overall operation of the preschool, including budgeting, enrollment, and staffing
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate teaching staff
- Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive environment for students, families, and staff
- Collaborate with teachers to develop age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs
- Conduct regular staff meetings to facilitate communication and professional development
- Oversee student enrollment process, including admissions, orientation, and placement
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through effective communication and regular updates on their child's progress
- Implement strategies to address behavioral issues or special needs of students
