Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, real estate administration, and facilities management.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8, and LIHTC guidelines
- Negotiate leases and rental agreements
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Handle tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of property-related finances
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property improvements
-Clear HPD, FDNY, and DOB violations
Skills:
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Familiarity with Section 8 and LIHTC programs
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to real estate
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the property management field
- Ability to manage facilities effectively
