Commercial real estate owner in Parkchester area continues to grow and seeks Commercial Property Accountant with office and/or retail asset experience. Salary 95K plus bonus for this in-office role, with excellent benefits and opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Financial statement preparation; M/Q/Y closings
• CAM and escalations calculations; review of AP and AR
• Prepare workpapers, lease schedules and analyze GL accounts
• Investor reports; liaison with external audit and tax accounting firms
• Assisting with budgets & forecasts; variance analysis
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 yrs of commercial property accounting experience
• Yardi a "plus" but not a deal-breaker
