Pierre Strand is Hiring a Remote Sales Professional

We ended 2023 with a lot of momentum and need more help! Our leads are
requesting information, so this is a unique role where you don’t cold call, you don’t
pay for leads, you don’t need to sell to friends/family, you don’t come into an
office, and you only work the days/hours that work well for you! If you don’t have
your license, no problem, that will be partially paid for, and you’ll be guided
through the process! We have a great team but don’t have stressful quotas or
constant meetings wanting you to sell, sell, sell. We do things the right way.
We have exclusive relationships with military veterans’ organizations, and their
members are who we are discussing insurance options with. Our top priority is
ensuring the funeral and burial is covered for our veterans.
What You’ll Do
Provide potential customers with information regarding our life insurance over a
Zoom call. You will not maintain responsibility for the client if a sale is made, so
there are very few administrative duties here! We are contacting our leads who
are requesting information, and we are on Zoom calls with them. That is 95% of
the job!
What We Need
Good people. You want to make money of course, but you really care about
providing others with a much-needed service. We also want team players! Though
you are an Independent Agent, you will be part of a team that operates as a unit,
providing support and encouragement to one another.

Flexibility
You control your schedule. When you log on to work, that’s when you work,
whether that’s 10 or 50 hours a week. You do not have a supervisor, though when
you do work, you’ll be plugged into your team and the Leads of that team. We
have stay and home moms and dads, college students, retirees, and everything in
between. The low stress and flexible nature of our Agency is a critical aspect to
our culture.
Compensation
Most of our Agents are ready to start selling by their second week! You will start at
50% commission, that goes to 62% after 10 sales. Average commission per sale is
$600-700 and we are paid every Friday. There are monthly bonuses and
incentives, and we are paid when the policies renew as well!
Lifetime Renewal Payments
We offer something pretty rare for Independent Agents. If you are with the
company for 10 years, you are going to receive renewal commission on any policy
you wrote for the life of that policy! So if you choose to retire or leave the
company after 10 years to explore another career maybe, those renewal payments
are following you for the life of the policy!
Licensing
All agents need to be licensed in Life and Health before they can start selling. The
company does pick up 50% of the pre-licensing expense. The average out of
pocket expense for a new agent is between $250-$350 spread out over several
weeks (no money is paid to us). You can check with your state Department of
Insurance for the exact cost, this will be covered during the interview process as
well.
