Ron Hoover is Hiring a Sales Professional (internet Savvy) Near San Antonio, TX
Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers, with locations across the state of Texas, is adding to its sales team in San Antonio, TX. We are looking for self-motivated, goal-oriented, high energy personalities that want to make $$$$! We are currently looking for a sales rep who is comfortable handling our online inventory and dealing with our internet leads. Internet Retail sales experience highly preferred!

Qualifications
- Candidates must be internet-savvy, internet sales experience highly preferred
- 2 years sales experience highly preferred, industry experience preferred but, not required
- Must be comfortable performing in a commission-based sales environment
- Candidates must have valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR and Drug Screening
Responsibilities
- Respond to internet inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
- Communicate with potential customers who are eager to get into a new recreational vehicle or boat and help them make the right choice for their needs!
- Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations
- Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
- Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer
- Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organization
- Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service and finance
- Stay on top of market trends in the RV, Marine, and Equipment industries as well as current inventory
- Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers and management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $46,480.00 - $108,483.89 per year
