**Overview:** We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with sales inquiries in a retail setting. **Duties:** - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and courteously - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking shelves - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems - Knowledge of technical sales or willingness to learn about technical products This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in customer service, sales, and technical product knowledge.
