Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health Hospitals/Gotham Health, East New York. This location provides multiple programs in the community including the Babygram Program, Developmental Evaluation Clinic, HIV/Aids Program, and The Diabetic Learning and Support Program.

• Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population
• Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
• Access provided to NYC Health Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders
• Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers
• Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients

• Board Eligible or Certified in either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
