Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding Neurology to the group at NYC Health Hospitals/Lincoln, which is located in NYC, and is an acute care teaching hospital academically affiliated with NYP Weill-Cornell Medical College. Lincoln Medical Center is a NYS designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties including its award- winning Cancer and Breast Centers.

Lincoln Medicine Department Overview:

• Lincoln Medical Center Neurologists can apply for Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology at NYP Weill Cornell• As a Comprehensive Stroke Center, we have thrombectomy capability and a wide range of interesting pathology.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in an outpatient setting.
• Outpatient consultation in general neurology
• Provide supervision and teaching of internal medicine and psychiatry residents.
• Provide clinical guidance and direction to other members of the healthcare team as needed.
• Performs other administrative, professional, consultative duties as needed by the department Chairperson.
• Opportunities for administrative and clinical research.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology.• Current NYS license (or the ability to obtain one).• Ability to speak Spanish highly desired.• Subspecialty training welcomed. Preference for EMG training but not required.
