Phoenix Chiropractic is Hiring an Office Manager Near Norcross, GA

We are a growing Chiropractic office looking for an intelligent, upbeat team member who loves people and loves to serve others to be part of our dynamic team.

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing office procedures, and facilitating communication within the office. Your duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing administrative staff to coordinating office events and ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked. You will serve as a central point of contact for employees, clients, and external vendors, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are one of the fastest-growing clinics in Georgia because we are not afraid of new ideas or different ways of communicating with the public. This position requires public speaking, attention to detail, event planning and persuasiveness. We are a mission-focused office that is centered around education on natural health principles. We care for families and pediatrics, so applicants must like kids.

Hours of the position

  • Monday 9am-1:30pm, 2:30pm-9pm
  • Tuesday 10am-1:30pm, 2:30pm-7:30pm
  • Wednesday 9:00am-2:00pm, 2:30pm-7:00pm
  • Thursday 9am-1:30pm, 2:30pm-9pm
  • Friday 7:30am-12:30pm
  • Saturday (2 times a month from 10am-5pm in the spring and fall, April, May, June/ August, September, October)
