Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility located in Woodbury, NY. Duties and responsibilities

• Distribute cigarettes to, and monitor residents that have permision to smoke.
• Ensure that residents are smoking at their designated time. 
• Report and document all non-compliant and or hazardous smokers 
• Ensure that all safety precautions are followed, such as oxygen tanks and smoking aprons.
• Supervise and monitiors all residents while smoking.
• Administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• HS Diploma 
• Must be pleasant, respectful with a positive attitude toward all co-workers, residents and visitors.
• Must posess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrent.
