What You’ll Do

  • Build and present HR/TA reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis (WBR, MBR, QBR).
  • Manage ongoing projects: such as the TA Dashboard and HR Dashboard, which are in progress to automate key metrics using Google Sheets.
  • Conduct Workforce Compensation Analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
  • Automate WBR/MBR/QBR reporting in Looker; collaborate with teams in India as needed.
  • Generate HR Bi-Weekly Reports and engage in continuous Workforce Planning.
  • Manage updates and maintenance for HRIS systems, namely Namely.
  • Identify areas of improvement for talent analytics and HR metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy for C-suite reporting while providing recommendations for future developments.
  • Work with product and analytics teams to build future reporting capabilities while leveraging the Phenom platform to report on critical matters.
  • Support ad hoc reporting/analysis within a timely manner to meet critical business objectives.
  • Partner with HR, TA, and other internal stakeholders to provide recommendations and actionable insights for development.
Work Experience

What You’ve Done

  • 5 years experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and project management.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources and/or a related field.
  • Experience working with HR SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Extensive experience reporting using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Data analysis skills to conduct root cause investigations.
  • Presentation skills to convert complex analysis into a user-friendly format.
  • Knowledge of the Phenom platform is an asset.
