  • 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the HR or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
