As a Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities with enterprise-level clients. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to understand our solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Phenom's products and services
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and present customized solutions to potential clients
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of the Phenom solution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress
Work Experience

What You've Done:

  • 5 year’s SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR Technology
  • Strategic executive-level relationships in Enterprise Organizations
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus is an asset
