Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position is located in
Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with their purchases, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and merchandise as needed
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Provide technical sales support for wireless devices and services
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Proficiency in operating a POS system
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
