Performs a wide variety of complex technical and non-technical duties that are essential to the smooth operation of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a restaurant or retail store.
• Manage a staff of 2-5 employees.
• Manage a team of people in a retail environment.
• Work with management to create and implement short-term and long-term plans for operations.
• Train new employees.
• Investigate and deal with customer service issues.
• Write schedules, employee memos, and other documents related to the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
