Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and demonstrate product features through effective product demos
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively closing sales transactions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and best practices
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively sell products and close sales
- Knowledge of electronics sales or technical sales is desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
