Duties:
- Learn and assist with shift management responsibilities
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities
- Support the Assistant Manager in daily operations
- Develop bilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse customers and team members
- Gain experience in team management and leadership
- Practice professional phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Learn Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory management
- Understand retail math concepts for sales analysis and forecasting
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations
- Manage stock levels and inventory control

Qualifications:
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a retail management role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of retail operations is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial

Pay: $47,100.00 - $52,231.00 per year
