Job Summary: The Dairy Department Manager is responsible for the exceptional execution of guest service by the entire department. S/he is responsible for managing the department inventory, margin, labor budgets, pricing integrity, and merchandising standards. S/he will ensure all Team Members receive proper training and supervision. S/he will ensure that Team Members are performing the highest level of execution in regards to ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation, and merchandising. S/he must be familiar with store products and their locations in order to assist customers in locating items. As a PFM team member is able to exemplify Pete’s Four Pillars of Value, Aesthetic, Quality, and Customer Service.
