Job Summary: The Assistant Department Manager is responsible for the exceptional execution of guest service by the entire department. S/he is responsible for assisting the department manager in department inventory, margin, labor budgets, pricing integrity, and merchandising standards. S/he will help ensure that all Team Members receive proper training and supervision. S/he will ensure the highest level of execution in regards to ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation, merchandising and building of displays. Acts as a role model and exemplifies Pete’s Four Pillars of Value, Aesthetic, Quality, and Customer Service.
