Location: WINCHESTER VILLAGE ELEMENTARY Elementary Food Service Manager Position Purpose Responsible for overseeing the food service operation at the school to which you are assigned. Essential Functions
Oversee the collection of money and the maintenance of food service accounts.
Maintain financial and meal count reports for end of day procedure through Skyward.
Perform second count of money and prepare deposit slip for the bank
Initial prepared deposit slip, assign the cashier to make deposit.
Assist parents and staff with questions regarding eligibility and meal accounts.
Contact parents of students with negative balances.
Assist with Free and Reduced Applications questions.
Place orders for all food and supplies.
Keep accurate temperature control documentation.
Prepare productions records daily online.
Maintain recipe file and plan production schedule and quantities to prepare.
Manage staff to insure production and service is safe, timely and accurate.
Manage training needs of staff and subs.
Manage overall school food service operation.
Assist with food preparation and serving as assigned.
Receive delivers, check temperatures and store all items as assigned.
Prepare monthly inventory of all food supplies as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay Rates $19.00 per hour Work Schedule 180 days per year. 6-8 hours per day. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
