Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs - Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar - Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and maintenance - Upsell additional services and products to customers - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Maintain customer records and update service history - Handle cash transactions and process payments - Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire service process Requirements: - Previous experience in automotive service or repair is preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to upsell and promote additional services to customers - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in cash handling and basic computer skills - Sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus We offer competitive pay, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement.
