Joseph Chevrolet is looking for an individual who can deliver top notch customer service. Service advisors identify the need for, sells, and schedules service work.
Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive service and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests
• Contacting your guests twice per day
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Develop estimates.
• Write repair orders.
• Serve as a communicator and Liaison between guests and Technicians.
• Ensure customer needs are understood by Technicians.
• Ensure needs and recommended services/repairs are understood by your guests.
• Refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend service to clients, identify repeat repairs for expeditious conclusion in customer's best interests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Valid and clean Driver's License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Experience in customer service
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to meet company's production and quality standards
