As a Service Advisor , your main responsibility will be to greet customers as they arrive for their service appointment taking precise notes regarding the customers concerns. Quoting and selling estimates.

FULL TIME: Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays)
SHIFT: 730AM to 500PM (sometimes 600PM)

• Taking notes regarding the customers concerns
• Quoting and selling estimates
• Updating the customer as needed
• Communication with the technicians
• Creating RO’s based on the service/repairs the customer requests and approves
