Tringleton Steak and BBQ Restaurant - Customer Service Advisor

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? Tringleton Steak and BBQ Restaurant is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Cincinnati.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with reservations, takeout orders, and general information requests.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of our menu offerings, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Support the front-of-house team with greeting guests and managing the flow of the restaurant during busy times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including reservation management and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
