Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with reservations, takeout orders, and general information requests.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of our menu offerings, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Support the front-of-house team with greeting guests and managing the flow of the restaurant during busy times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including reservation management and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
